HOW DO I GET TO WELLWORTH?

Wellworth is located on the 5th floor of The 428 building, at the corner of Minnesota St. and 7th Place.  The building entrance is on 7th Place (not 7th St.).

 

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Wellworth does not have its own parking, but there are many options nearby:  

If you’re street-parking savvy, the Passport Park App is a quick way to pay your meter from your car and add time to it if you need to stay longer.  


Ramps and Lots:

Minnesota Lot is a surface lot 1 block from Wellworth with a daily rate of $7 and monthly contracts when available start at $122 per month.

Robert Street Ramp is just across 7th St. from Wellworth.  Daily rates here are $16 per day and monthly contracts starting at $165 per month.  

Town Square Center Ramp is across Minnesota St. from Wellworth.  Daily rates are $18 per day and monthly contracts starting at $185 per month.

Bus or Light Rail:

We are right on Bus Lines 3 & 16 and 3 blocks from two Metro Green Line stops.  


WHAT DOES A MEMBERSHIP AT WELLWORTH INCLUDE?


SUPER-FAST, RELIABLE INTERNET

Access to 1G WiFi; Private IP addresses and server storage are available at an additional cost

CONFERENCE ROOM TIME

Open Coworking, Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships include 10 hours of conference room time that can be used to reserve the three conference rooms at Wellworth.  Reservations can be made online.

ROOFTOP PATIO

Wellworth members have access to our 2 exclusive rooftop patio spaces.  We believe outdoor spaces trigger a different level of creativity (especially after a winter here in Minnesota). 

WELLWORTH MEMBER NETWORK

You will be able to connect with other members through our online community.  You can share your success stories, ask questions, announce new product launches, invite others to attend events, advertise job listings or find someone to take a yoga class with.  It’s a great way to connect with other members and start meaningful relationships with other creative entrepreneurs. 

FURNITURE

Dedicated Desks and Private Offices include sit-stand desks and task chairs, and Dedicated Desks also have lockable filing cabinets.

PRINTING/COPYING/SCANNING

Wellworth has one multi-function copier/scanner/printer. All memberships come with monthly print allowances.

Wellworth has the only rooftop outdoor patio space in town.  Wellness is our game and we’ve got the proof in our space.  Abundant natural light, filtered water, the cleanest air, active seating options, and access to move whenever and wherever you want.

Membership levels:

5 DAY PASS

The 5 Day Pass provides access to Wellworth’s community Coworking space and its amenities during business hours 5 days out of any given month. Gourmet coffee, rooftop patios, lightning fast WiFi, and discounted meeting space.


OPEN COWORKING

A shared workspace in a common area. When you purchase an Open Coworking Membership, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk or comfortable space.

This plan includes access to our member network, 24/7 access to Wellworth, gourmet coffee, rooftop patios, lightning fast WiFi, 10 hours of meeting room space with discounted meeting space thereafter.


DEDICATED DESK

An assigned desk space in Wellworth. Your dedicated space comes with a sit-stand desk, task chair, and lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings. 

This plan includes access to our member network, 24/7 access to Wellworth, gourmet coffee, rooftop patios, lightning fast WiFi, 10 hours of meeting room space with discounted meeting space thereafter.


PRIVATE OFFICE

A fully enclosed, lockable office space. Your private office comes furnished with sit-stand desks and task chairs. Your company can add on more offices as you grow.

This plan includes access to our member network, 24/7 access to Wellworth, gourmet coffee, rooftop patios, lightning fast WiFi, 10 hours of meeting room space with discounted meeting space thereafter.


DO ALL MEMBERSHIPS BEGIN ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH?

5 Day Pass and Open Coworking plans begin the day you sign up and are billed monthly. Private Office and Dedicated Desk membership plans begin on the 1st of the month. Our one-calendar month move-out policy requires move out on the last day of the month for Private Offices and Dedicated Desks, allowing new members to move in on the 1st of the month. If this day lands on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.


WHAT MEMBERSHIPS ARE MONTH-TO-MONTH?

5 Day Pass, Open Coworking and Dedicated Desks are offered on a month to month basis. Private Offices require longer term commitments. Contact us for more information on Private Offices at [email protected]


WHAT IF I'M LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE OFFICE OR DEDICATED DESK MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN THE FUTURE?

WHAT ARE YOUR BUILDING HOURS? WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Wellworth is staffed from 

Members with Open Coworking, Dedicated Desks, or Private offices can access Wellworth 24/7. 


CAN I STOP IN OR SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TOUR?

Tours should be scheduled in advance. This ensures our availability and helps our team focus on helping you choose if Wellworth is right for you. Email us at [email protected] to schedule a tour!


AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY DOG? WHAT'S YOUR PET POLICY?

Unfortunately, no, pets are not allowed at Wellworth. However, we do welcome certified service animals in our space.  


WHAT IF MY COMPANY NEEDS PHONE SERVICE?

Phone service is not provided at Wellworth.  If you do require a landline in a private office, please speak with the Community Manager about making arrangements to add one to your office.  


HOW DOES PRINTING WORK?

Open Coworking, Dedicated Desk and Private Office membership plans include 50 black & white prints each month. After you have used your allotted prints, you are free to keep printing and copying at additional costs – see below for more details. Unused printing does not roll over from month to month.


CAN I HAVE MAIL SENT TO WELLWORTH?

If you are an Open Coworking, Dedicated Desk or Private Office member, you are more than welcome to use Wellworth’s address to have mail sent to you.  We have a dedicated area in the copy room for member mail. 

Wellworth can also accept small packages for members.  If you are having a package shipped to Wellworth please inform the Community Manager so they can watch for it. 


CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE MAILING ADDRESSES FOR ONE ACCOUNT?

No, we are unable to support multiple mailing addresses for one account.


HOW DO I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM?

You can make a reservation for a conference room on the Wellworth app or through our website. For conference rooms, you’ll be able to select available rooms based on the room size and length of the reservation.

Conference room reservations have a first-come, first-served policy and we recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.


HOW BIG ARE THE CONFERENCE ROOMS?

Wellworth has 3 conference rooms.  Our large conference room (Frogtown) seats up to 14 people, our small conference room (Swede Hollow) seats up to 6 and our outdoor conference room (del Sol) seats up to 18. 


I BOOKED A CONFERENCE ROOM AND NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE IT. HOW DO I DO THAT?

You may edit or cancel a conference room reservation up to one hour (60 minutes) before your meeting.

You can edit your reservations both via the Wellworth app or website.


I HAVE MEMBERSHIP PLAN WITH 24/7 ACCESS. CAN I BOOK A CONFERENCE ROOM ON THE WEEKEND?

Wellworth only allows conference room booking during business hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.


I JUST RESERVED A CONFERENCE ROOM. HOW DO I REGISTER MY GUESTS?

To register guests, please log on to the Wellworth website or app. You may register as many guests as allotted for the particular conference room, including yourself.


CAN I REGISTER GUESTS FOR MY 5 DAY PASS, COWORKING OR DEDICATED DESK?

If you have a guest that will be joining you for a short period of time, they must be registered on the Wellworth website or app. 


CAN GUESTS VISIT ME IN MY PRIVATE OFFICE?

Yes. Just make sure you register them on the Wellworth website or app.


I'M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All memberships are paid by credit card.  You will enter that information during your registration.  For more information please contact Wellworth at [email protected]


WHAT’S THE SET-UP FEE?

Wellworth requires a set-up fee of $50 for a 5-Day, Open Coworking or Dedicated Desk membership, and $195 for a private office.  

*Note: Wellworth may require additional fees for any custom work or special arrangements for Private Offices


WHEN DO I HAVE TO LET WELLWORTH KNOW I'M MOVING OUT?

All members must give 30 day written notice if they plan to not renew their membership.  For example: If a member wants to move out on April 30, they must give notice to Wellworth by March 31st.


WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ALLOTTED NUMBER OF PEOPLE WORKING IN MY DEDICATED OFFICE? OR CAN I HAVE FIVE PEOPLE USE A FOUR-PERSON DEDICATED OFFICE SPACE?

Your office space has limited capacity. The number of members or other individuals regularly using your office space simultaneously should not exceed the number allocated on your membership details form. For safety reasons, the number of members in your office space can never exceed 1.5x the number of desks. We reserve the right to further limit the number of members allowed at any point. 


MY COMPANY HAS GROWN OUT OF ITS CURRENT SPACE. DOES WELLWORTH BUILD SPACES FOR TEAMS LARGER THAN 8 PEOPLE?

Yes, as office space allows.  As your team begins to grow, tell your Community Manager and we’ll work with you to make your space work for your expanding team. 


DOES WELLWORTH CHARGE LATE FEES?

No, however membership fees are due and payable in advance of each month prior to the first day of each month.  If any unpaid membership fees are not current by the 15th of the month, Wellworth may withdraw the member’s access to the premises.


WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR CONFERENCE ROOMS, PRINTING, ETC.?

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

You can update your payment information any time online in the member network.  Just select the “Payment Info” tab and you’ll be able to make the adjustments needed.

Please note that for Private Offices, only the primary member has access to the Account Manager and can update payment information.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY 5 DAY PASS, OPEN COWORKING OR DEDICATED DESK MEMBERSHIP?

You can cancel your membership with us in person or via email, but please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month and that there are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of 5 Day Pass, Open Coworking or Dedicated Desk membership plans.
